Our Teacup Poodles Health Guarantee
We Stand Behind our Puppies!
We provide a two-year genetic health guarantee for our puppies. To the best of our knowledge and abilities, every puppy offered for sale by us is in the greatest possible health state. We provide our puppies with the best care and nutrition while they are under our supervision, ensuring that they develop into robust and healthy pets for many years to come. A certified veterinarian examines each puppy and certifies that it is fit for its new parents to take it home. At the time of delivery, our buyers receive shot and deworming records.
2-Year Health Guarantee
We offer a two-year warranty to our puppies against any congenital problems that may negatively affect their quality of life. This is characterized as a genetic defect or disorder that may eventually result in an early death, with a life expectancy of fewer than five years. If the sickness worsens, euthanasia may become required, or the puppy may need significant medical treatment that will ultimately exceed its cost. Within the first two years of life, if a congenital problem is found in your dog, we will either replace it with a puppy from the same litter or refund the purchase price (minus any shipping or vet bills spent).
Health-Tested Parents
A full panel of breed-recommended genetic tests is administered to our canines. Any dog that tests positive for one of the diseases that plague their breed will not be bred by us. We will not match a dog that is known to be a carrier of a disease with another dog that is also known to be a carrier of that disease. This guarantees that, based on testing for hereditary illnesses, neither the dam nor the sire will carry any in our puppies.
What's Not Covered
We are unable to guarantee that our puppies will not become ill or become opportunistic parasites as a result of stressful situations like shipping or relocating (from our house to yours). Additionally, as this is a continuous procedure, we are unable to promise that our puppies will be “worm-free”. But these can be simply and affordably handled, so talk about them with your veterinarian during your initial appointment. If a puppy gets an infection or contagious disease after leaving our care, we are not liable. Furthermore excluded from this Health Guarantee are incorrect bites, hernias, cherry eye, and illnesses brought on by ingesting foreign items, food, chemicals, or being physically hurt.
Caring for your new puppy
Most of the time, caring for our puppies is quite simple. These are some guidelines that we believe are essential to remember when taking care of your new puppy and are required in order for the health guarantee to be honored.
- Three days after coming home, your puppy must be inspected by a licensed veterinarian. Choose a veterinarian with whom you are at ease, and schedule frequent visits so the veterinarian can get to know your puppy.
- Update your puppy’s immunizations, worming, and other preventative measures.
- Give your puppy a healthy, balanced diet. Don’t feed your dog too little or too much. Generally speaking, go by the feeding recommendations on the bag.
- During his early years, try to keep your puppy away from physically unpleasant circumstances like standing on concrete for extended periods of time or climbing stairs frequently.
- Assure that there is always access to clean, fresh water and that there is sufficient shelter.
- Whenever feasible, make sure your puppy receives a lot of exercise on a daily basis. Take it easy throughout the first few months. Puppies also require a lot of sleep.
